Founder & Managing Director
Hasan Ince is a civil engineer and construction professional with more than 20 years of experience across institutional, commercial, residential and infrastructure-related projects.
His career includes the planning, delivery and supervision of hospitals, schools, government facilities, residential developments and supporting site infrastructure across the UK, Europe, Africa and Central Asia.
He leads UKPC with a focus on technical clarity, structured planning, disciplined site delivery and clear accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
