UKPC Construction Ltd delivered a rear extension at a private residential property in Kingston upon Thames, providing a fully integrated design and construction service.

We were appointed as Principal Designer and Principal Contractor, responsible for the architectural and structural design, as well as managing the planning and Building Control processes to ensure full regulatory compliance.

The works included construction of the rear extension and associated structural works, alongside full external works, comprising garden landscaping, new boundary fencing, and construction of a new patio.

The project was delivered through a controlled programme, with a consistent focus on quality, compliance, and professional site management.
