UKPC Construction Ltd delivered a comprehensive residential redevelopment at a private property in Eltham, providing an integrated design and construction service.
We were appointed as Principal Designer and Principal Contractor, responsible for the architectural and structural design, statutory approvals, and full delivery of the works in compliance with current UK Building Regulations.
The project comprised a double-side and rear extension, loft conversion, and garage conversion, alongside significant internal reconfiguration. Works included replacement of suspended floors with new solid ground floor construction and installation of underfloor heating, improving structural performance, comfort, and long-term durability.
Externally, the scope included construction of a summer house, full garden works, new boundary fencing, and installation of front and rear patios, delivering a cohesive and well-finished external environment aligned with the main works.
The project was delivered through a controlled programme, with disciplined site management, regulatory coordination, and a consistent focus on build quality and neat execution.
Project Eltham was delivered with a focus on build quality, durability, and clean detailing. From preparation through to final finishes, the works were carefully managed to ensure a high standard of workmanship and a cohesive final result that complements the character of the property.
