UKPC Construction Ltd delivered targeted structural and external works at a private residential property in Richmond, providing a controlled and compliant construction service.
The project involved removal of existing extension walls to create a wide structural opening, enabling installation of a large sliding door system to improve daylight, views, and internal–external connectivity. Structural works were carefully coordinated to ensure stability, compliance, and clean execution.
In parallel, we completed construction of a new external patio, alongside roof repairs to the existing structure and associated internal finishing works, ensuring continuity between the altered structure and internal spaces.
The works were delivered through a tightly managed programme, with a strong focus on precision, neat detailing, and minimal disruption, resulting in a high-quality finish aligned with the client’s expectations and current UK building standards.
