Hasan Ince is the Founder and Managing Director of UKPC Construction Ltd, providing senior leadership across residential, commercial, and institutional projects. With a civil engineering background and extensive experience in design coordination, construction delivery, and regulated environments, he leads the business with a strong focus on technical rigour, compliance, and risk management.
Hasan maintains direct oversight from early feasibility and planning through to site execution and handover, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are controlled consistently. Clients value his structured, transparent approach and the assurance that projects are led with clear accountability, professional judgement, and disciplined execution at every stage.
